God loves you. He sees that you are in a spiritual battle on this earth. God’s desire is to provide you with His armor and train you to win against all of Satan’s schemes.
Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

My husband, who is now deceased, served in the military. Military trains its people mentally, physically, and emotionally for service to our country. The basic tools given in BCT, Basic Combat Training, are well known to all soldiers. Later, the military provides AIT, or Advanced Individual Training, so you have the skills you need for your field of service.
The Lord trains us for His service! He teaches us how to battle the enemy. A soldier will tell you that you must be precise with a grenade so you don’t hurt yourself. Some of us are blowing ourselves up with our own words! Use your words as a grenade to throw into the enemy camp—and don’t hurt yourself by the words you speak!
The tongue has the power of life and death.
